Earlier in the CGL Exams, The Final Merit is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Tier-2 Exam and Interview. Now, the exact Exam Pattern will be know only when the CGL 2016 Notification will be announced.
There are two possibilities : Either the Final Merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the Tier-2 Exam OR Merit will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Both Tier-1 OR Tier-2 Only.
Govt’s Policy for Scrapping the Interviews
The decision to end the Interview for Govt Jobs is to end the corruption during the Interview stage. It has come to fore that to get through the Interview stage , either there is need of Money OR Sifarish
The Elimination of Interviews, will quicken the Recruitment process as the Result of Written test will complete the selection process alone.
